About this role

The Local 486 Mobile HVAC Engineer supports the Senior Facilities Manager in the maintenance and efficient operation of building systems across assigned client locations. The role performs routine operation, inspection, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler, refrigeration, and energy systems to ensure safe and reliable facility operations. This is a non-supervisory, hourly position that requires flexibility for shift work, on-call response, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
