Local Area Coordinator

The Local Area Coordinator supports individuals with disabilities, their families, and carers to build confidence, achieve goals, and access NDIS and community supports. This part-time role focuses on delivering person-centred support, empowering participants to exercise choice and control, and strengthening their independence and community participation. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to reduce barriers to inclusion and achieve positive outcomes.
