Local Collections Specialist 2

As a Local Collections Specialist 2, you will manage non-national outstanding accounts receivable and resolve customer billing problems to reduce delinquency. The role involves contacting delinquent accounts via telephone and email, processing checks, and arranging payment plans to bring accounts current. You will also analyze spreadsheets, maintain collection system notes, and collaborate with customer service associates and managers to resolve freight charges and credit extension issues.
