Local TSM Administrator

This role provides on-site Local TSM Administrator support for the U.S. Coast Guard's Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Office at the Austal USA shipyard in Mobile, Alabama. The position manages ship-construction deficiency records in the Government's Technical Support Management (TSM) system, supports trial events, and maintains the deployable ETC database. The role also involves maintaining Security+ certification and ensuring equipment compliance with Authorization to Operate (ATO) rules.
