Locate Technician Trainer

The Trainer conducts classroom and field training for new and existing employees, developing their knowledge and skills in underground utility locating, safe work practices, and equipment use. This role involves delivering hands-on instruction, evaluating trainee progress, and providing coaching to address performance gaps or safety issues.
