Lockbox Specialist II

This full‑time position supports the Wholesale and Retail Lockbox groups and bank mail deposits/payments by performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, and distributing incoming mail, processing payments, maintaining customer access to online reports, and acting as the primary contact for lockbox customers and vendors. The role also involves training new employees, maintaining production logs, and assisting with disaster recovery testing.
