Locksmith Technician

The Locksmith Technician is responsible for meeting customer locksmith needs by repairing and opening locks, making keys, changing locks and safe combinations, and installing and repairing safes or vaults. The role involves servicing customers at their jobsites or in a storefront location, resolving client needs for repairs, installations, and replacements, and ensuring proper authorization of work. The technician also handles paperwork, tracks hours, and operates company vehicles safely.
