Lodging Manager

The Lodging Manager oversees the Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Room Revenue, Campgrounds, and Public Areas Departments to ensure an extraordinary guest experience at a historic resort in South Lake Tahoe. This role involves coaching and mentoring staff, managing operations for over 200 campsites and various accommodations, and supervising 40-50 direct reports during peak season. The position requires effective communication, budget monitoring, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
