Logistics Administrator

The Operations Logistics Administrator coordinates and supports day-to-day logistics and operational activities for the delivery, installation, service, and movement of office furniture. This role serves as a key administrative link between Sales, Design, Customer Service, Project Coordination, Operations, warehouse personnel, and field installation teams to ensure projects are properly planned, scheduled, documented, and executed. The position monitors product availability, coordinates labor and delivery resources, and communicates directly with customers and internal teams to confirm project readiness and resolve logistical issues.
