Responsibilities

Assist with purchase order and container-level follow-up to ensure orders move from supplier readiness through final warehouse receipt
Track shipment milestones, monitor ETAs, and proactively flag delays to stakeholders
Maintain accurate landed cost, freight, duty, and shipment-related data in ERP and shipment tracking systems
