Logistics Coordinator

This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are met. The position involves processing inbound and outbound shipment documentation, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records to support timely and compliant transactions. It requires providing excellent customer service by proactively updating clients on shipment status and resolving any irregularities that arise.
