About this role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating daily shipping and warehouse operations to ensure service, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and operational compliance. This role owns the execution of outbound logistics transactions and physical processes, acting as the link between warehouse operations, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. The position supports the Logistics FLM/Shipping Supervisor by sustaining standard work, escalating risks, and improving execution discipline across the shipping operation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping and warehouse operations to ensure timely dispatch
Execute outbound transactions in SAP ECC and EWM with focus on system accuracy
Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts to prevent discrepancies
