About this role

The Logistics Coordinator plans and executes day-to-day logistics to outfit, relocate, activate, and transition healthcare facilities. This role coordinates receiving, warehousing, delivery, installation readiness, and phased moves to ensure equipment and furnishings are safely accounted for and available for clinical space turnover. Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound shipments, delivery schedules, and final deployment of equipment and supplies
Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and chain-of-custody records while reconciling with purchase orders
Develop room-by-room delivery and installation sequencing in coordination with construction and clinical teams
