Logistics Supervisor

This role leads and directs the servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance of locomotives and equipment within the terminal and on the line-of-road, ensuring 24/7 operational responsibility. The position manages safety, quality, and production best practices while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with CSX Transportation, AAR, and FRA regulations. It also involves primary responsibility for operational budgeting, coaching managers and union employees, and overseeing all shop functions in the absence of the Plant Superintendent-Mechanical.
