## Logistics Manager – Wyld **Location:** Pacific Northwest (operations across multiple U.S. states and Canada) **Employment type:** Full‑time, flexible schedule ### Summary The Logistics Manager drives flawless execution of Wyld’s go‑to‑market strategy. This role leads the Logistics Support Team, ensures compliance with local regulations, and works closely with Sales and Distribution leaders. The manager also hires, trains, and develops employees while maintaining high standards of service and safety. ### Core Responsibilities | Area | Duties | |------|--------| | **Delivery Team Management** | • Provide hands‑on leadership for daily tasks and broader objectives
• Partner with the Regional Sales Operations Manager on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and HR matters
• Oversee scheduling, route assignments, and task delegation
• Train, coach, and develop the Logistics Support Team on standards, processes, and compliance
• Conduct at least one ride‑along per employee each quarter for performance coaching
• Audit field execution of events, brand activations, and pop‑ups for quality and compliance
• Facilitate regular one‑on‑one meetings and team huddles with documented recaps
• Complete timely employee reviews and development plans
• Recommend training, growth, and performance improvements | | **Delivery Operations Oversight** | • Manage daily delivery operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution
• Collaborate with the Regional Distribution Manager & Director of Sales on team and fleet sizing
• Oversee fleet maintenance, usage, and safety
• Improve routing and dispatch to boost efficiency and capacity
• Scale logistics operations to support business growth
• Ensure proper product deliveries, payment collection, and brand‑ambassador activities (merchandising, education, relationship‑building, competitor insights)
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation per internal controls
• Build and maintain daily schedules for deliveries, payments, edus, and events
• Maintain relationships with third‑party route providers and communicate route changes
• Enforce traffic and safety compliance for all drivers
• Assist other regional logistics teams during manager absences | | **Account Support** | • Execute or support product deliveries, payment pickups, and event participation as needed
• Maintain and update account intake requirements
• Gather and relay marketplace and account feedback to internal teams | | **Inventory Management** | • Track & manage SWAG, samples, event inventory, and marketing materials; coordinate delivery and restocking
• Organize bins, prep samples, and maintain display items for event readiness
• Restock on‑site inventory weekly or as needed
• Collaborate with Inventory, Distribution, and Facilities departments
• Complete admin tasks: CRM reporting, mileage/expenses, internal inventory logs
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies during field activities
