Long Range Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Training Specialist

This dual-focus role combines long-range maintenance planning with technical training specialization to support the development and production phases of the Thacker Pass lithium project. The position is responsible for forecasting strategic maintenance initiatives, managing asset lifecycles, and designing comprehensive training curricula to build a skilled, safety-conscious workforce. Based in Winnemucca, NV, the role reports to the Senior Maintenance Planner and supports operational readiness through strategic planning and workforce development.
