About this role
An International Specialist (Climate Change Adaptation) to provide technical expertise for an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project in Lao PDR. This part-time consultancy (12 person-months over five years) will support climate-resilient and gender-responsive programming to improve food security, nutrition, and agricultural value addition. The role is remote with travel to Laos as required and will engage with ADB, local stakeholders, and development partners to inform project design and learning.
