About this role

The International Specialist: Cost Estimator and PPP Specialist will support an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project in Lao PDR to strengthen food safety laboratory services and promote financially sustainable and transparent laboratory operations. This is a remote, part-time consultancy (2 person-months over a 5-year period) working with government and project stakeholders to provide analysis, recommendations, and capacity development to enable PPP arrangements and improved sector outcomes.
