About this role

Winrock International seeks an International Specialist: Gender Specialist to support an ADB-funded Sustainable Agrifood Systems project in Lao PDR. This is a part-time consultancy (4 person-months over a 5-year period) working remotely to ensure gender-responsive, climate-resilient interventions that improve food security, nutrition, and agricultural value addition. The specialist will be embedded with the project's Project Management Unit to advise on gender integration, reporting, and capacity development.
