International Specialist: Rural Infrastructure Engineer for an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project in Lao PDR. This is a part-time consultancy (4 person-months over 5 years) working remotely with required travel to Laos to support climate-resilient, gender-responsive rural infrastructure.
