The National Specialist: Rural Infrastructure Engineer is a part-time consultancy based in Laos supporting an ADB-funded sustainable agrifood systems project. The role provides national-level technical guidance on irrigation, rural roads, and related civil works, integrating climate resilience and gender-responsive measures. The specialist will support design review, construction supervision, monitoring, and preparation of technical and O&M reports over a 37 person-month engagement across five years.
