A National Social Safeguards Specialist based in Vientiane supporting an ADB-funded Sustainable Agrifood Systems project in Lao PDR. This part-time consultancy (12 person-months over a 5-year period) will provide specialist input to ensure project compliance with ADB social safeguard policies and frameworks and support government counterparts. The role focuses on enabling monitoring, reporting, disclosure, and institutional capacity for social safeguards and ethnic group development requirements.
