Long Term Maintenance Planner

MacKellar is seeking an experienced Long Term Maintenance Planner to join the maintenance team and play a critical role in the long-term performance and reliability of the heavy mobile equipment fleet. This role involves developing and continuously improving long-term maintenance plans, forecasting component requirements, and coordinating with site teams to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize fleet availability. The position offers the opportunity to influence strategies that directly affect fleet reliability, maintenance costs, and production performance across a large open-cut mining operation.
