Long Term Substitute BCBA

This district-wide position involves collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral and educational IEP goals for students on the autism spectrum or with behavioral challenges. The specialist will write behavioral programs based on functional behavioral assessments, research and implement behavior analytic curriculum models, and provide professional development training in ABA and ABLLS administration. The role also includes assisting with data collection, graphing, and analysis to track student progress and coordinate school-home learning plans.
