About this role

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Loop Leader to support Aircraft Production programs within the Linear Hydraulic Actuator value stream, including the V-22 program. This operational role involves leading daily manufacturing activities, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring reliable execution across cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations and monitor production data trends
Facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and roadblocks
