Acts as the single point of contact for delinquent mortgage borrowers throughout the loss mitigation and foreclosure lifecycle, from package collection through decision, closing, and potential foreclosure. The role communicates decisions and options to borrowers, documents all interactions in the mortgage servicing system, and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and company standards.
