The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for loss mitigation at M&T Bank manages delinquent mortgage borrowers through the loss mitigation and foreclosure process, from package collection through decision, closing, and foreclosure. The role also supports management projects, provides subject-matter expertise, and mentors and trains new hires while ensuring regulatory compliance.
