Key tasks include document review, income and expense calculations, and effective communication with homeowners and real estate agents throughout the mortgage assistance process.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education certification2 years of Collections, Loss Mitigation, or other mortgage banking, mortgage servicing, or real estate-related experience2 years of mortgage loan origination/modification experience2 years of telephone customer contact experience
