Loss Mitigation Quality Control

The Loss Mitigation Quality Control role is responsible for conducting real-time audits of the loss mitigation process to ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and organizational regulations before decisions or final documents are issued. This position involves reviewing customer applications, evaluating financial documentation, analyzing underwriter recommendations, and verifying the accuracy of terms for workout documents. The role also includes assisting with departmental audits and providing feedback to improve the overall quality of the loss mitigation department's performance.
