Loss Prevention Advisor

As a Loss Prevention Advisor at TJX Europe, you will work within TK Maxx and Homesense retail stores to protect customers, associates, and assets from theft and shrinkage. This role involves conducting investigations, analyzing incident data, providing feedback to the store team, and professionally handling external theft situations while ensuring loss awareness remains a priority. You will collaborate with store staff to educate them on loss prevention best practices through coaching, validation, and support to maintain effective conflict resolution.
