Loss Prevention Associate II

This role involves supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities to act as a visual deterrent and prevent potential loss, wear a body-worn camera, and maintain a positive customer shopping experience. The employee exercises sound judgment to ensure safety, adheres to company policies, and documents incidents using AIIM Case Management. The position requires standing for long periods and involves greening customers, observing suspicious behavior, and maintaining a professional stance at the front of the store.
