Loss Prevention Associate

The Loss Prevention Associate implements and executes loss prevention initiatives and policies to protect company assets and ensure the safety of customers and employees. This role involves detecting and apprehending shoplifters, investigating internal theft, and utilizing technology such as CCTV and RFID systems to identify loss and safety issues. The associate also supports inventory management, provides training to store personnel, and collaborates with store management and law enforcement as needed.
