Loss Prevention Lead

The Loss Prevention Lead is responsible for mitigating store losses by deterring external theft, monitoring customer and teammate activity, and handling incident reporting. The role also supports loss prevention programs, conducts safety and merchandise exposure checks, and assists with investigations while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for customers and teammates.
