The Loss Prevention Partner plays a key role in protecting the shop's profits by investigating shrinkage trends and patrolling the floor to deter theft. This position involves monitoring CCTV, de-escalating conflicts, and supporting colleagues in minimizing loss through effective procedures. The role requires a varied schedule including evenings and weekends, with additional night premium pay for work between 22:00 and 06:00.
