Loungefly Development Manager

This role leads the product pipeline for approximately 30 new accessory styles monthly, managing development from concept to production-ready samples while ensuring on-time, on-brand launches. The position involves driving the Loungefly development calendar, providing technical design mentorship, and managing the full licensor approval workflow to foster collaborative partnerships. The role requires creating detailed tech packs, serving as a technical expert for factory partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
