Love Encore Delivery Coordinator

The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist ensures new Subaru owners and retailer colleagues gain a thorough understanding and appreciation of Subaru features and technologies. The role coordinates follow-up and schedules Love-Encore redeliveries 14–60 days after initial delivery to improve customer retention and satisfaction. The specialist also supports retailer teams by providing product education and promotional/administrative support to differentiate the store in the marketplace.
