Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist

The Loyalty & Credit Program Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of loyalty, credit, direct mail, and gift card program initiatives to grow membership and drive visit frequency. This role partners with management and cross-functional teams to coordinate program strategies, manage creative development, and ensure timely launch readiness. The position serves as a key execution contact for third-party partners and internal stakeholders to support program planning and analysis.
