Loyalty Manager

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for recognizing and engaging valuable Elite members by delivering high-quality stay experiences and managing their entire journey from pre-arrival to post-stay feedback. This role involves coordinating Elite member benefits, monitoring service quality, and ensuring effective communication between the Loyalty Head Connector and the Connector Team. The position also includes managing aspects of the Loyalty Operations department and supporting Marriott's Bonvoy Loyalty Program initiatives.
