The Loyalty Ops Associate owns the operational backbone of Blackbird Club membership, ensuring rewards work flawlessly and partner relationships are managed with care. The role involves coordinating restaurant partners, managing event logistics including ticketing and venue execution, and overseeing turnkey event programming. Additionally, the associate leads the operational day-to-day for major loyalty partnerships, such as the Mercedes collaboration, tracking deliverables and serving as the primary point of contact.
