About this role

This role serves as the technical authority and hands-on engineer for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at Lilly's new gene therapy manufacturing site in Lebanon, Indiana. The position is responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, build, and validation of the MES platform, including Tulip applications, MuleSoft integrations, and MQTT-based equipment communication. The incumbent will ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Design and validate Tulip applications for GxP manufacturing workflows
Direct automation integrations with equipment and middleware platforms
Mentor MES engineers and serve as technical authority for platform architecture
