About this role
A Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) who provides direct nursing care to long-term care residents and supervises day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, supports quality assurance, and coordinates resident care, admissions, and discharges. The position reports to the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor and participates in staff development and clinical oversight.
