About this role
The Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care across Rochester ambulatory primary care sites, floating to practices where staffing is needed. The role delivers nursing care under the direction of an RN or provider, performing patient assessments, treatments, and documentation in accordance with established plans. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday day-shift position (40 hours/week).
