A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role is part of Mercy’s community/home health services and supports clinical care delivery and patient well-being. The position requires state LPN licensure and basic life-support certification.
