About this role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as part of Mass General Brigham Home Care. The role works adjunct to RN Case Managers to deliver treatments, education, and timely electronic documentation across several local communities. This is a primarily daytime, Monday–Friday position with a full-time 40-hour schedule (part-time options considered) and a hybrid work arrangement.
