About this role

BAYADA Hospice is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time home visits in North Jersey. This role involves providing palliative care and medical treatments to clients in their homes within Essex and Hudson Counties as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates will engage in client assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation of doctors' orders.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Administer medication and perform wound care treatments
Monitor client conditions and report changes to managers
Execute and document doctors medical orders accurately
Perform comprehensive client assessments as necessary
