About this role
An LPN provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges in residential homes and vocational centers. The role works under clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse and reports to the Regional Nursing Director. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current, unrestricted LPN license.
