Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges in residential homes and vocational centers. The role works under clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse, reporting to the Regional Nursing Director, and supports coordination of routine and preventative medical care. Requires graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program and a current unrestricted LPN license.
