The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The role supports resident health, comfort, and safety and works as part of an interdisciplinary care team. The position is scheduled as 12-hour day shifts (24 hours weekly) with every other weekend and rotating holidays.
