About this role

The LPN – Med/Surg role at Euclid Hospital involves providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population on the 22-bed 5th Floor Med/Surg unit. This position requires assisting fellow caregivers in delivering general, urology, and gynecologic care while enhancing nursing skills through hands-on experience and educational resources. The role is a full-time, day shift position with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions
Implement and revise patient care plans under RN direction
Collect and document patient data and observations for healthcare providers

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing ProgramCurrent Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Or the American Red Cross
