The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides and coordinates nursing care to meet residents’ physical, psychosocial, and functional needs within the scope of LPN practice. The role operates under state Nurse Practice Acts and facility policies, working with interdisciplinary teams in a long-term care/residential setting to support resident wellbeing.
